BB Soccer – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “BB Soccer” refers to BB Soccer Academy and BB Soccer Football Club.
  • “Activity” means any camp, club, course, event, or class delivered by BB Soccer.
  • “Customer” means the person making the booking.
  • “Participant” means the child attending the activity.

2. General

  • All bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
  • Activities are subject to availability.
  • The Customer must be aged 18 or over at the time of booking.
  • Activities are typically delivered for children aged 3–12 unless otherwise stated.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system.
  • A place is only confirmed once:
  • The booking form is completed, and
  • Full payment has been received, and
  • Confirmation has been issued by BB Soccer via email.
  • We cannot guarantee places for participants who arrive without a confirmed booking.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the Participant:
  • Meets the eligibility criteria, and
  • Is available to attend all booked sessions.

Cooling-Off Period

  • Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking (from receipt of confirmation email) for a full refund, in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • After this period, bookings are non-refundable, unless a flexi-booking option was purchased.

4. Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • A 4.5% booking fee is applied per transaction (processed by ClassForKids Ltd).
  • For Participants under 16, parental/guardian consent is required prior to attendance.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Customer cancellations cannot be rescheduled or refunded (outside the 14-day cooling-off period), unless a flexi-booking applies.
  • If BB Soccer cancels a session:
  • A credit note will be issued, or
  • An alternative session will be offered.
  • If a Customer cannot attend a rearranged session, a credit note will be issued (not a refund).

6. Health & Safety

  • BB Soccer conducts risk assessments for all activities.
  • All coaches hold appropriate first aid qualifications.
  • By booking, you consent to emergency first aid being administered if required.

Participant Requirements

  • Shin pads are mandatory for all football/contact activities.
  • Earrings must be removed or safely covered.
  • Participants must wear suitable clothing for the activity and weather conditions.

BB Soccer reserves the right to refuse participation where safety requirements are not met.


7. Medical Information

  • All medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs must be disclosed in writing at the time of booking.
  • Failure to provide accurate information may result in the Participant being unable to take part.

8. Behaviour

  • BB Soccer expects all Participants to behave appropriately and respectfully.
  • We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or exclude any Participant whose behaviour:
  • Poses a risk to others, or
  • Disrupts the session.
  • No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

9. Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)

  • We welcome all children and offer a trial where possible.
  • If we are unable to safely or effectively meet a Participant’s needs within our provision, we reserve the right to:
  • Review their place, and
  • Issue a refund where appropriate.

10. Photography & Media

  • BB Soccer may take photographs and videos for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish your child to be included, you must notify us:
  • At the time of booking, or
  • In writing before the activity begins.

All data is handled in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.


11. Personal Property

  • BB Soccer accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Participants should not bring valuables.
  • Mobile phones, tablets, and recording devices must not be used during sessions.

12. Collection of Children

  • Participants must be collected by a parent/guardian and signed out.
  • Written consent is required for any child permitted to leave unaccompanied.

13. Class Changes & Weather

  • Activities will run in most weather conditions.
  • Indoor provision or alternative activities will be provided where necessary.
  • BB Soccer reserves the right to amend sessions where required.

14. Football Club (Squad Placement)

  • Players are assessed and placed into appropriate teams based on ability and development.
  • Squad placements are reviewed regularly and may change.
  • BB Soccer does not guarantee:
  • Team placement, or
  • Match results.

15. Kit

  • BB Soccer kit is mandatory for all public classes (unless stated otherwise).

16. Complaints

  • Complaints should first be raised with the Head Coach on site.
  • If unresolved, please contact: info@bbsoccer.co.uk within 7 days.
  • Complaints will be handled in line with our Complaints Policy.
  • Refunds will only be issued where BB Soccer is found to be in breach of these Terms.

17. Policies & Procedures

  • Copies of all policies are available upon request via email.

18. Data Protection (GDPR)

  • BB Soccer is committed to protecting your data.
  • Personal information is used only to:
  • Deliver services, and
  • Communicate relevant updates.
  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

19. Liability

  • BB Soccer accepts no liability for:
  • Indirect or consequential losses,
  • Loss of personal belongings.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

20. Legal

  • These Terms & Conditions form the full agreement between BB Soccer and the Customer.
  • If any part is deemed unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
  • These Terms are governed by English law.
